RTT®-therapy

RTT® or Rapid Transformational Therapy® is a science-based, effective and innovative therapy developed by award-winning British therapist Marisa Peer. RTT® works using neuroplasticity and combines effective NLP principles with cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. It is a uniquely effective, simple and functional form of therapy, which makes it possible to get rid of the problem permanently in most cases only 1-3 therapy sessions.
People need a change in their situation quickly. You can come to RTT therapy and get help from it, even if you also go to traditional psychotherapy.

  • Therapy looks for the root cause of the problem – the subconscious beliefs that are behind the problem in question. The customer's own understanding of the connection between the problem and the root cause is an essential part of the healing process. In hypnosis, we can create and instill beliefs that match the client's wishes and promote well-being and healing.

  • In many problems, just one visit brings about a change.

    The therapy includes a personal recording delivered to the client after the session, which helps to create new thoughts, habits and behavior, which promotes fast, effective and long-term change. An essential part of a successful process is the customer's commitment to listen to that recording for at least 21 days.

  • Different topics can be covered in a RTT session, for example:

    • confidence and self-esteem

    • addiction

    • smoking

    • weight management

    • insomnia / sleeping problems

    • physical and emotional pains

    • health problems

    • interpersonal relationships

    • fertility / infertility

    • performance (e.g. in sports)

What to expect from the process

Step 1 - Book a free call

Book a free 15 minute consult call to discuss the current issues you are facing and how I can help

Step 2 - Start your journey

With your personalized therapy & coaching plan, either on zoom or in person. Together we will agree on the best path for you to achieve the desired results

Step 3 - Attend your sessions

You should reserve 2 hours for the actual therapy session. Usually the session lasts 90-120 min. The therapy can be carried out either via Zoom, in Lauttasaari or at a place to be arranged separately. At the end of the therapy session, I will make a customized recording for you, which you will receive shortly after the session.

Step 4 - Listen to your recording

You will listen to your personal recording for at least 21 days and, if you wish, even after that. We will also be in touch by phone after the therapy session.
